for women with or without bellydance experience. Come to have fun and shake it off using real dance moves which will tone
and strengthen those curves!

Saturday:
Powerful and Graceful - 2 hours
This workshop
will introduce several combinations utilizing smooth and graceful isolations combined with dynamic arm movements. We will
discuss how to create strong posture and visually interesting lines with the body which reads beautifully on a small or large
stage.
Turn Up The Drama - 2 hours
Stand out and capture your audience's attention with these dramatic combos. We
will begin with a short warm-up and a break down of the movements before moving onto the combinations. Our focus will be on
slow isolated movements while overlaying sharp contrasting isolations to create an unique and theatrical effect.
Sunday:
Feline Inspired Combinations - 4 hours
I've often heard the comment
that my dancing had a cat-like quality, so these combinations are inspired by the slow, deliberate, sneaky and playful nature
of cats. This workshop asks you to step out of your comfort zone and try a new avenue of movement, combining head, arm, hand,
shoulder and leg movements with "bellydance" isolations to create a sinuous feline-esque look.
